Everybody remembers where they were.

Like all the other liberals you fail to acknowledge the real enemy - Islam.

The reality is you and the Democrat Party align yourselves with the goals of Islam - which is why you want the USA to stop killing them.

As I scroll down the list of names to find the high school friend that died in the WTC, that day remains crystal clear to me. I can recall all the details and remember many of the emotions. I was in work when the first plane hit the WTC. We all thought it was some idiot who accidently flew into one of the buildings. Once the second plane hit, well ...

Another day I remember quite vividly came a few months later when I visited the site. I could not help in the cleanup, but I felt a need to be there in even a small way. The one thing that stood out from the platform to me was a small piece of sidewalk that remained untouched. That one little spot was left without a mark; everything else was destruction.

Scott - Thanks for sharing that.

JD - If any segment of society shares the goals of Islam, a theocratic and gender segregated society, it's the hardline conservative faction. That isn't my vision of paradise by a long shot.

But yes, I admit it, I do want for my country to stop killing innocent Muslims (there are somewhere around a billion and a half Muslims, worldwide) who had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks against the US. IIRC, there was this guy named Jesus who told everybody a long time ago that the peacemakers would be blessed and that God would judge people on their good acts towards their fellow human beings rather than on their doctrinal purity. I think those were pretty good sentiments, a fine basis on which to found your goals and principles, if one can manage it.

Just because you have an 'agree with me or die' political stance, doesn't mean that I share it, and therefore must agree with everyone whom I'd rather not see killed. I'm quite easily capable of advocating for the continued walking around aliveness of people, like yourself, whom I don't like even a little bit.

I mean, you're clearly an unimaginative, regressive, warmongering, jingoistic numbskull. But death seems like a harsh penalty for that, to me. Disproportionate. I have no evidence that you're guilty of anything but extremely poor taste and bottomless ignorance. Last I heard, not crimes, nor would I advocate for them to be.

Whereas, otoh, you would like it to be a capital crime for someone to be foreign and to worship the wrong patriarchal faith of semitic origin. That seems a little cracked. Over the top a bit. Not being a doctor, I can't prescribe anything for that, but I might suggest a cold compress and a nice nap with the shades drawn.

Since reshuffling his cabinet two weeks ago, Abe has lost four party members to scandals.

Even you can't put sense in a fools brain.
