Enemy of the People, Enemies of the State

It only takes making a public lecture criticizing President Bush to get yourself on the No-Fly list. Even if you're a Marine who served in the Korean War and a law professor emeritus. And though the veteran and professor in question didn't do so himself, he was asked by airline staff if he'd attended any peace marches, which are apparently a common reason for landing on the list.
