The In-Law State

Steve Gilliard notes an interesting subtext in the Schiavo mess, and suggests that we begin to look at this new paternalism on the right as an in-law state. But as he says:

.. Ah, the delusions of radicals. They think the revolution is coming, it never is and if it was, they wouldn't be part of it. ...

Speaking of radicalism, Gilliard talks about the extreme lawlessness advocated by the Schindlers and their questionably chosen spokespeople.
