Pennsylvania: Philadelphia Poll Watchers Scuffle A caller from Philadelphia reported that a person claiming to be poll watcher instigated an altercation with legitimate poll watcher and the caller claimed that this was the 3rd such incident today that has taken place is the same mostly African-American community. Michigan Poll Workers Reportedly Mock Illiterate Voters A volunteer for Rock the Vote reported that two illiterate voters in Michigan requested assistance with their ballots but were refused and reportedly mocked by poll workers.

Hillsborough County DJ Reportedly Gets Many Calls from Voters Turned Away at Polls The hotline received a call from a radio DJ in Hillsborough County, Florida, who stated that he has received many calls (most of which were from African-Americans) claiming that poll workers were turning voters away and not "letting" them vote.

Arizona Democratic Voters Given Wrong Polling Place Information? The hotline received a call from Pima County, Arizona, indicating that Democratic voters received calls throughout Monday evening, providing incorrect information about the precinct location. Voters have had to be transported en masse in order to correct the problem.

Alabama: Voter Reportedly Denied Opportunity to Vote for President A caller from Alabama claims that he was told at his polling place that he could vote there for everything but the President and that he would have to go elsewhere in order to vote for a presidential candidate.

I'm in the county next to hillsborough and on the newscasts here, there have been no reports of such problems from Hillsborough county...

Though I will admit, the stations weren't on the ball covering this stuff. I mean, they were still using the Drudge story about election fraud in Philly.

Again, I have to report that the Hillsborough rumors are probably just that -- rumors.

None of the local media has reported polling problems here. Secretary of State Glenda Hood told reporters the worst things that the state has had to deal with are rumors... Rumors about polling places, rumors about voting machines not working.,

If voters are being turned away in Hillsborough county, there is absolutely no evidence of it on TV here in Tampa Bay.
