Dubya's campaign to rest of world:   F*ck off!

At least if you're anyone trying to view the Bush/Cheney '04 website from outside the US.

Since Monday, anyone outside the US who tries to access www.georgebush.com gets the message, 'You are not authorized to view this page.' This includes US voters who live abroad. (We just tested that by having a friend currently working in the UK try to access the site.)

So far, Dubya's campaign isn't saying anything. But the friendly speculation is that they are cutting overseas traffic to ensure that the website stays accessible until election day. The nastier speculation is that they've decided that they could care less whether anyone who can't vote in the election can look at the Bush/Cheney site.

It's true, I just tried (and failed) to access it from Mexico.

Doesn't let you access it from Austria either.
