Overlake Coco's

I've finished my 5th Congressional candidate interview in the series as of this evening, and I've learned an important fact: The Overlake Coco's across from the Sears' has by far the finest hot cocoa I've ever had in a restaurant, to which they add a fat dollop of real whipped cream. And their chocolate milkshakes aren't bad either.
