Dubya is nominating former Central America hatchetman John Negroponte to be the next US ambassador to Iraq. In announcing the nomination, the prez called Negroponte 'a man of enormous experience and skill.'
Of course, we're sure Dubya didn't mean this stuff, exactly.
We hope members of the US Senate are made very aware of Negroponte's record during the confirmation hearings.
