The U.S. rich keep getting richer.

As if we didn't already know who was benefitting from Dubya's economic policies, the new Forbes magazine survey of the 400 richest people in the US gives us yet another clear answer: It's billionaires.

According to the Forbes survey, 313 of the US super-rich are billionaires, rather than mere millionaires. This is the biggest number of US billionaires ever.

Score another victory for trickle-up economics.
