Going after the anti-war movement.

Yesterday, we posted about how the feds have subpoenaed the records regarding an anti-war conference held at Drake University. Today, Kos has more on the case, including a statement from one of the subpoenaed activists.

This is the sort of thing that frightens me most about Bush and his highly-secretive wrapped-in-the-flag administration; it's the sort of thing you can point to when conservatives question why liberals think John Ashcroft is the boogeyman.

I look forward to sending Bush back to his ranch when Election Day rolls around.

there was a gag order placed on the university administration apparently..so this may be a homeland security proceeding.

Very scary stuff, but I am waiting for more news to find out exactly what the GJ is investigating.
