Were the 9/11 attacks preventable?

'Yes,' says the chair of the commission investigating 9/11.

In an interview with CBS News, Republican Thomas Kean said that at least part of the reason that the attacks succeeded is because people in the US government 'failed.' Kean said that there will be major revelations about the events leading up to the 9/11 attacks during the commission's public hearings that begin in January.

The 9/11 commission has faced substantial opposition from the White House in its investigation of the attacks, and has had to threaten subpoenas in order to get some necessary documents.

"This is a very, very important part of history and we've got to tell it right," said Thomas Kean.

"As you read the report, you're going to have a pretty clear idea what wasn't done and what should have been done," he said. "This was not something that had to happen."

Appointed by the Bush administration, Kean, a former Republican governor of New Jersey, is now pointing fingers inside the administration and laying blame.

"There are people that, if I was doing the job, would certainly not be in the position they were in at that time because they failed. They simply failed," Kean said.

Dubya has had a nice upward bounce in the polls because of the capture of Saddam Hussein. We wonder how well these new poll numbers will survive the disclosures made during the 9/11 hearings.

was 9-11 preventable? hell yes!

look at history closely, especially the nine separate investigations of Pearl Harbor, which were all whitewashes.

respected historians have determined that Pearl Harbor was allowed to happen, to bring the US into WWII. (see the book _Infamy_ by John Toland)

then look at PNAC (project for a new american century) and see that the signatories stated that a "new Pearl Harbor" woud be required to implement their plans for american global domination.

the signatories? Cheney, Perle, Wolfowitz, Jeb Bush, Rumsfeld, Kristol, Libby, etc, etc.

then look at Dave Frasca, who blocked the FBI investigations into terrorists training at flight schools, (Arizona) and the FISA request by Colleen Rowley (Minneapolis) for a warrant to search Moussaoui's laptop.

was Frasca fired for "failure" ?

no, he was promoted...

then take a look at the history of terrorism.

a majority of terrorist incidents have been state-sponsored, or false-flag operations, ie: the burning of the Reichstag, which allowed Hitler to suspend civil rights, and commence his conquest of Europe.

next, take a look at copvcia.com

preventable?

9-11 was *allowed* to happen...

not a "conspiracy theory" but backed with heavily documented facts, at:
