Oregon Campaign Events

Thanks to High Desert Skeptic, here are two more noteworthy campaign events to consider attending if you can.

Bush's environmental photo-op will be at Camp Sherman outside of Bend in the Deschutes National Forest Thursday afternoon. The news is reporting that there are two forest fires close to this stop right now so he will have quite a backdrop to his Healthy Forests Initiative. If you happen to be in the area, drop by and see if you can help correct the record. You might even run into logjam.

Sunday Howard Dean's Sleepless Summer Rally will be coming to PSU. Here's the info from logjam:

The rally will begin at 12:30 PM on Sunday, August 24 at the Portland State University Urban Center Plaza at 506 SW Mill (5th and Mill).
